Why is it Dangerous? Because it removes the qualified immunity from our police first responders who put their lives on the line each and every day they go to work. Removing the qualified immunity means our police officers can be personally sued by the “ambulance-chasing” lawyers who will line up.

Why would anyone sacrifice their family’s financial future to become a police officer?
The Answer – THEY WON’T.
And WE will be left with Anarchy and Crime in our streets and neighborhoods.
